Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 2 T mini dairy-free dark chocolate chips

  • 2 T melted coconut oil

  • 1 T hemp seeds

  • 1 T raw honey

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, stirring well to create a cookie dough consistency.

  2. Use hands to form into balls. Place on a wax paper-lined baking sheet.

  3. Freeze 5 minutes to set, then store in refrigerator. Enjoy when you need a quick energy boost!
