Easy Blended Restaurant Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 28oz can organic diced, fire roasted tomatoes (I like Muir Glen)

  • 1 bunch cilantro

  • ½ onion (red or yellow)

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Roughly chop ½ onion and add to bottom of blender.  

  2. Next add 4 cloves of garlic roughly chopped, leaves from one bunch of cilantro (some stems are fine), salt, pepper and canned tomatoes on top.

  3. Pulse blender until blended together.

*Don’t overblend or it will have the consistency of ketchup.
