We get it. Starting a new workout routine is very intimidating. And although CrossFit Sanitas is mostly women, we want to offer you a setting where you’re guaranteed to be surrounded by only your fellow female warriors.

When Does the Women Only BaseCamp Start?
Our next series will begin in March at 9:30am (includes free childcare). The exact date is TBD so check back soon! We also have Women Only classes happening every Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 9:30a. This is a great segway from BaseCamp into the regular classes!
