The Weekly Outlook

This week we will see some specific strength work on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. On Friday we will be re-tesing an Open workout to see how you all have come along since March! Expect some good technique work on a few different skills as well as strength progressions.

Monday:

Strength: Overhead Squat Tempo Work
Conditioning: DB Cleans + OH Walking Lunges + Wall Balls

Tuesday:

High skill gymnastics day! Expect some time to go over handstand walks and bar muscle-ups.

Wednesday:

Maxing out our power cleans and then using a percentage of our power clean in our conditioning portion to work on technique under duress.

Thursday:

The Back Squat Pause Complex! Plan to increase weight from the last time we tested this one. Our conditioning portion with be fast and challenging…

Friday:

“Open 18.1”
AMRAP in 20 minutes
8 Toes-to-Bars
10 Dumbbell Hang Clean-and-Jerks (50/35 lb)
14/12 calorie Row

Saturday:

Running + Deadlifts + Burpees in a Parnter 1:1 Work:rest style WOD

Sunday:

Functional Body Building w/a progression and heavier loads added on from this last Sunday.
