Therapeutic Thai Massage is a modality that consists of fluid and dynamic movements that twist and stretch clients while they are in many different positions. This modality has a strong emphasis on movement, balance, and mobility. This massage is conducted on the floor on a thick cushion while the client remains fully clothed.
This style of Thai Yoga Massage uses a unique blend of Integrated Bodywork techniques that consist of Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Integrated Positional Therapy.
This modality can help increase mobility, reduce recovery time, and lessen myofascial pain and neuromuscular dysfunctions.
