Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

This recipe takes less than 5 minutes and is great on fish, chicken, steak, eggs…really anything.

  • 3 large roasted red peppers (from a jar with water)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp of good olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Put all ingredients in a small food processor or blender. Done. Can be stored for several days in the fridge.
