Restaurant Salsa That’s Easy from the Blender

  • 1  28oz can organic diced, fire roasted tomatoes (I like Muir Glen)
  • 1  bunch cilantro
  • ½  onion (red or yellow)
  • 4  cloves of garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Roughly chop ½ onion and add to bottom of blender.  Next add 4 cloves of garlic roughly chopped, leaves from one bunch of cilantro (some stems are fine), salt, pepper and canned tomatoes on top. Pulse blender until blended together. Don’t overblend or it will have the consistency of ketchup.
