If you find that you’re having chronic trouble with the same shoulder, elbow, knee, etc. That trouble can be a signal that your musculature is either not strong enough to do its job, or so strong that it’s doing someone else’s job. If that’s the case, you’re going to be prone to injury. Physical Therapy, Biomechanical Analysis, and Functional Exercises can do wonders for re-establishing balance which leads to better performance and a lowered chance of injury or pain.

Physical Therapy in Boulder Nicole HaasNicole Haas, PT, DPT, OCS is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist who is nationally recognized as an expert in running analysis and injury prevention. She is an active resource for the outdoor and running community, and is featured as a topic expert in publications such as Outside Magazine, Runners World, and others. Dr. Haas lectures nationally on various topics related to injury prevention and wellness, and has presented as a keynote speaker for the American Physical Therapy Association. She has been practicing physical therapy for 18 years, and uses a blend of evidence-based medicine, manual therapy, functional training and exercise.

She has a background in exercise physiology/ kinesiology and obtained her clinical doctorate in physical therapy from University of Southern California. Nicole is dedicated to providing quality care as a physical therapist, and works hard to help each patient achieve their goals and potential. She strives to return her patients to a healthy and pain-free lifestyle through a caring, thought-filled, and evidence-based approach.
