This 90-minute clinic will cover the fundamentals of a personal meditation practice, including specific how-tos and best practices. We will cover a variety of techniques that support different lifestyles and personalities. You’ll learn through lecture as well as guided experience, so bring a notebook and something comfy to sit on. All experience levels are welcome!
