Wendy Theall – CMT, RMT

Wendy believes in the body and believes if you treat it well it will continue to do all you ask of it. She was trained at the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, MA. in 2006 and has been helping clients increase awareness, better their posture, reduce pain, relieve their tension and aid in their relaxation ever since. Wendy combines an array of modalities including myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy/Trigger point work and orthopedic massage techniques to create individualized treatment plans that will help balance the body and facilitate optimal tissue function.

She has specialized training in orthopedic massage, Active Isolated Stretching, injury related tension, scar work, Rock Tape and holds her L1 Crossfit Trainer Certification. Wendy has a long history as an athlete and since moving to Colorado has been using Crossfit to help balance her body with continuous focus on movement, strength and mobility. She loves the outdoors and can be found there when she isn’t working, getting fit or feeding her cat.

Jacob Corley – LMT

Jacob Corley began his journey as a massage therapist at the Easthampton Massage School in Western Massachusetts. It was there he found his passion for aiding the recovery and growth in both athletes and people with chronic pain. Since graduating from The Massage School, Jacob has trained with Kam Thye Chow, the founder of Lotus Palm School for Thai Yoga Massage, as well as the founder of Integrated Positional Therapy, Lee Albert. Jacob also worked at Kripalu, North America’s largest yoga retreat, nestled in the Berkshires of Massachusetts.

Jacob’s clinical practice specializes in sports injury recovery by integrating both Eastern and Western medicines. This includes osteopathic techniques such as MET (Muscle Energy Technique), and SCS (Strain/Counterstrain) along with Thai Massage and Deep Tissue/Trigger Point Therapy. His treatments are customized to meet the needs of the individual and help bring long term relief by addressing the root cause of their pain. Jacob has had great success in treating Endurance Athletes such as Triathletes, Marathon runners, Cyclists, Climbers and long distance hikers.

Jacob’s personal life involves a balanced yoga practice, running and now, Crossfit. Jacob also has a strong passion for the outdoors including backpacking, climbing and fly fishing.

Lindsay Long, L.Ac., C.SMA

Lindsay is currently one of only two acupuncturists certified in Sports Medicine Acupuncture® in Colorado. Lindsay specializes in sports acupuncture and the treatment of injuries of the shoulders, back, knees, neck, hip, as well as tennis elbow, shin splits, plantar fasciitis, and muscle tension headaches. Lindsay provides sports acupuncture to a variety of athletes in Colorado including CrossFitters, runners, cyclists, swimmers, Iron Man triathletes, gymnasts, arena football players, as well as weekend warriors.

Lindsay uses orthopedic and manual muscle testing in the treatment of chronic pain, sports injuries, work injuries, and postural imbalances, in order to promote enhanced athletic performance, improve range of motion and prevent future injuries.

Lindsay completed a year long certification process in Sports Medicine Acupuncture® at the New England School of Acupuncture in Boston, Massachusetts in 2010. Lindsay has also worked with professional athletes from all over the country by providing sports acupuncture to NFL players at the Larry Fitzgerald Receiver camp over the past four years. Lindsay has a BA in Sports and Health Psychology from University of Missouri-Columbia where she studied extensively with the head trainer for the University of Missouri Tigers football team. She graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University with a Masters Degree in Oriental Medicine.
