How Often Should I Get Massages
Just like when you get the oil changed and the tires rotated regularly on your car, it’s important to focus on your body’s needs. Yes, exercise is taking care of your body, but you also need to address the muscles, connective tissue and joints that are keeping you moving. Complete the circle: train hard, eat well, get sleep, and get bodywork to keep your body running well for as long as possible.
At least one bodywork session a month is ideal for the weekend warrior athlete looking for routine maintenance and to remain injury-free. If you have a chronic issue, once a week for at least 3-4 weeks will get you back on track toward a better functioning body that’s prepared for whatever you need.
Monthly Maintenance Membership Pricing
This works just like a gym membership. You get at least 1 massage session each month automatically loaded into your account so you can book each month without thinking about it. Additional equivalent massages can be booked each month at the same price as the member rate.
These plans save you $10-15 per massage.
