Getting a regular massage once a month or more can help you reduce soreness and risk of injury, while increasing mobility so you can perform better. How Often Should I Get Massages
Just like when you get the oil changed and the tires rotated regularly on your car, it’s important to focus on your body’s needs. Yes, exercise is taking care of your body, but you also need to address the muscles, connective tissue and joints that are keeping you moving. Complete the circle: train hard, eat well, get sleep, and get bodywork to keep your body running well for as long as possible.
At least one bodywork session a month is ideal for the weekend warrior athlete looking for routine maintenance and to remain injury-free. If you have a chronic issue, once a week for at least 3-4 weeks will get you back on track toward a better functioning body that’s prepared for whatever you need.

After many years of schooling, in education, english, science, and the culinary arts, Abby longed to connect all her passions and start a career that would improve her own life and the lives of others. She has been living with severe chronic neck and back pain for years, due to sports injuries and car accidents, so began a journey to achieve total health and wellness through a wide range of modalities.
She started healing through exercise, healthful eating, live music, time in nature, etc., but it wasn’t until a bad car accident in 2017 that she found massage. This was a huge missing piece to her wellness puzzle! Abby was astounded at the mental, physical, and emotional relief from a single session, and by the third, was convinced that massage was a true way to allow the body to begin healing itself.
Abby graduated from The Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2018 and specializes in neuromuscular therapy. This type of restorative and therapeutic massage can help break down adhesions and cause lasting relief from pain. Her ultimate goal is to help stimulate the healing process for any individual who has a desire to improve their state of wellness!

Caleb has a background in a variety of sports, including climbing, gymnastics and running. He has climbed for over a decade, and coached and trained climbers for six years. His background as a coach and athlete informs his practice, helping him ascertain which muscles are becoming over- or under-activated by certain activities. The emphasis of his sports-orthopedic training focuses on restoring balance in the body to accelerate recovery, reduce pain and prevent injury.
