How to Get Started

in 3 simple steps

Schedule a Consult

Book at 15-minute session with one of our friendly coaches. We’ll learn about your goals and how we can help you get there. No commitment and no pressure.

Learn the Basics

Our coaches work with you 1-on-1 to cover the basics of what you’ll see in class. We’ll also take a look at your nutrition, and get a fitness and body fat baseline.

Get Results that last

Join our group classes that are fun and will keep you motivated and working hard. Our team will continue to check in with you on your goals and make sure you’re loving it!

What we offer

Group Fitness

Build strength, endurance, speed and functional fitness. Our group classes provide motivation and comraderie. Every day is different to keep your body guessing. Train with friends and break away from the same boring routine.

Personal Training

Our 1-on-1 training allows us to customize a plan for your specific goals. This works great for getting started or if you want to work on a specific skill like Olympic lifts. This also works well with specific injuries.

1:1 Foundations

New to CrossFit? We’ve got you covered with our one-to-one personalized sessions that cover all the basics and get you ready to jump into class.
