For those of you that don’t think you have time for breakfast, this takes less than 5 minutes.
2 teaspoons refined coconut oil
2 pastured eggs
salt & pepper
handful of arugula or lettuce
Braggs apple cider vinegar
Heat oil and add eggs to pan. Also add whole cherry tomatoes. While those cook, pull out arugula. Put eggs and tomatoes on plate and dress everything with olive oil and vinegar. You can also add a half of an avocado with salt. This a great balanced meal in less than 5 minutes.
