CrossFit Teens Ages 13-17

Whether your kid is trying to find themselves in their own athletic journey or is training in the off-season, CrossFit Teens is similar to adult CrossFit workouts with an emphasis on body-weight and gymnastics movements such as running, rowing, jumping rope, ball slams, modified pull-ups, kettlebells, push-ups, rope climbs, etc. CrossFit Teens develops the full-body strength, mobility, lateral stabilization muscles and explosive power to give teens the edge! Teens will gain confidence and reduce injury risk while learning the link between nutrition and performance. Classes are suitable for everyone from serious competitors to those just seeking to get a great workout.

Private Classes For Teams

Coaches and parent sponsors are welcome to bring small groups of student athletes in for private classes. Our coaches have played and/or coached football, rugby, soccer, lacrosse, baseball, tennis and other sports at competitive levels, and we love to customize programming to enhance sports performance and conditioning.

We recommend 2-3 sessions per week in monthly increments. We’ll begin each program by meeting with the sponsor to create a program tailored to the group’s goals.

Pricing for Private Team Training

6 or fewer athletes would be $90 per session (equates to $18pp for 5 and $15pp for 6)
More than 6 athletes will be $15/athlete per class
We usually schedule 8-12 weeks with 2-3 sessions per week and it’s paid upfront
