CrossFit Sanitas Reset Challenge Begins April 17th

A new and improved version of our semi-annual Clean Challenge, but this time we’re focused on longevity and sustainable habits with your clean living.

The primary goal for this challenge is removing all refined sugars, alcohol, gluten and industrial seed oils from your diet for 4 weeks. We’ve found through all of our experience and research that these are the main contributors to health issues, disease, fat gain, digestive problems, brain function, sleep and hormonal issues, and so much more.

So yes you can have some grains and dairy, maybe a peanut if you’re feeling crazy; this way we can focus on the biggest culprits.

You’ll still be put on a team led by one of our coaches to offer you as much support and accountability that you can handle, along with fitness tests and body composition measurements so you can see your progress over the 4 weeks.

We’re keeping it simple, and allowing you the freedom to take on this challenge in a more sustainable way. Then we’ll give you bonus points for achieving certain benchmarks such as 5 servings of vegetables every day!

Must register by April 14th! No exceptions!
