CrossFit Kids (8-10 y/o) Why should parents and teens have all the fun? Kids of all ages love CrossFit! Introduce your kiddos to the joys of CrossFit in a safe, low-pressure, fun-filled environment that will get your kids moving, build coordination, strength and self-confidence, and forge new friendships. We’ll meet your kids right where they are and introduce them to the fundamentals of CrossFit – obstacle courses, rope swings, box jumps, burpees, wall balls, toes-to-rings, sled pulls, you name it. At this age, children build strength, stamina and coordination leveraging familiar movements while learning new tricks. This class is perfect for those who want to build overall conditioning for a specific sport, or those that are still searching for their sport. Schedule Begins May 1st Tuesdays and Thursdays: 4:30p – 5:15p 8 weeks total (16 classes, $12.50/class) There is an adult class that begins at 4:30p as well if you’d like to workout while your kids are in class! First class is free! Cost is $200 for 8 weeks for members’ kids, and $250 for non-members’ kids. Classes are limited to 10, so sign up below.
