BaseCamp is the perfect way to get familiarized with everything we do in CrossFit. Join a small group of new members for 6 expertly-coached classes, and learn how to perform and modify over 20 different movements to your precise ability level. You’ll have some great workouts and learn life-changing fitness, nutrition and recovery practices. You may attend any of our 80+ weekly WOD and specialty classes as often as you would like during BaseCamp so you won’t be held back!
