Our 6 session beginner’s program breaks it all down in a supportive environment perfect for all fitness levels. New BaseCamp sessions begin nearly every week.
“Workouts of the Day” are our bread & butter. Each class consists of a group warm-up, skill & strength development, a WOD and a brief cool-down. The workout of your life, in under an hour.
This is the perfect class for beginners, masters, and anyone looking for a bit more focus on form and technique and a tad less intensity. A scaled down version of our regular WODs, with more hands-on coaching than a traditional class.
If you are interested in running over the race season, it would be great to supplement your training with CrossFit Endurance. Endurance workouts are designed to improve your running form and efficiency, and also to increase your speed. Kendra, one of our coaches, was running 6 days a week. She cut her running to 3 days of CrossFit Endurance and added 2 days of regular CrossFit workouts. Over 6 months, her 10k mile splits dropped from 8:11 to 6:44.
Strength classes focus variably on Power Lifts, Olympic Lifts and other protocols to increase your strength, while perfecting your technique under load.
Focused on the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk, this class caters to beginners as well as intermediate lifters. Variations of the two lifts will also be learned and performed to develop proper technique. The first three weeks is devoted to technique development by using these variations to drill proper form with an order of priorities on grip, position, movement, speed, and load. The next part of the class will be a three week Wave Loading Cycle with emphasis on building load, power, speed and strength. This cycle uses speed work with both squats and the classic lift variations as well as some jump training. In this phase, lifters will experience higher intensity in load of the two lifts and their supplemental exercises. At the end of the three weeks, max lifts will be tested to start a new Wave Loading Cycle with varying exercises.
Kids (Ages 3-18)
CrossFit Kids will improve your child’s athletic conditioning while boosting self-confidence, focus, strength, and coordination. We’ll also create the link between performance and eating well. In keeping with the spirit of CrossFit, it appeals to kids of all abilities, from serious competitors, to those who have yet to hit their athletic stride.
We also offer CrossFit Teens programs that are led by CrossFit coaches who have played or coached lacrosse, football, soccer, tennis, climbing, baseball and rugby at competitive levels.
CrossFit develops the full-body strength, mobility, lateral stabilization muscles and explosive power to give teens the edge! Teens will gain confidence and reduce injury risk while learning the link between nutrition and performance. Classes are suitable for everyone from serious competitors to those just seeking to get a great workout.
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30am – 9:00am, our Mobility class will focus on active recovery, joint mobilization and targeting problem areas that may be restricting your movements. This short class is dedicated to enhancing performance and speeding recovery.
Offered at 9:30am every weekday, Women’s Only classes are a suitably challenging version of our WODs, held in a testosterone-free environment.

HOW DOES CROSSFIT COMPARE TO PERSONAL TRAINING?
CrossFit was developed specifically to be more effective, more fun and less expensive than personal training. You will be amazed by how much more quickly CrossFit delivers results. Yet CrossFit Sanitas averages just $11/hour versus $75/ hour for personal training in Boulder. If you would like personal training with one of our coaches, their fees range from $75 to $90 per hour with discounts for groups and packages, just inquire via our contact form or give us a call to arrange.
