Our gym is currently closed in order to encourage our members to properly socially distance, but we will tentatively reopen May 1.

CLASS TYPES:

BaseCamp

Our 6-session beginner’s program breaks it all down in a supportive environment perfect for all fitness levels. New BaseCamp sessions begin every week.

WOD

“Workouts of the Day” are our bread & butter. Each class consists of a group warm-up, skill & strength development, a WOD and a brief cool-down. The workout of your life, in under an hour.

Endurance

If you are interested in running over the race season, it would be great to supplement your training with CrossFit Endurance. Endurance workouts are designed to improve your running form and efficiency, and also to increase your speed. One of our athletes was running 6 days a week. She cut her running to 3 days of CrossFit Endurance and added 2 days of regular CrossFit workouts. Over 6 months, her 10k mile splits dropped from 8:11 to 6:44. Learn More

Strength

Strength classes focus variably on Power Lifts, Olympic Lifts and other protocols to increase your strength, while perfecting your technique under load. Learn More

CrossFit Competitor

This program is designed for athletes looking to take their CrossFit skills and conditioning to the next level. Whether you’re looking to compete at local competitions or make it to the Games, this is the program for you. You’ll be surrounded by coaches and other athletes that have made CrossFit their sport and will support and push you to achieve your goals. Learn More

Teens/Kids (Ages 3-17)

CrossFit Kids will improve your child’s athletic conditioning while boosting self-confidence, focus, strength, and coordination. We’ll also create the link between performance and eating well. In keeping with the spirit of CrossFit, it appeals to kids of all abilities, from serious competitors, to those who have yet to hit their athletic stride. Learn More about CrossFit Kids

We also offer CrossFit Teens programs that are led by CrossFit coaches who have played or coached lacrosse, football, soccer, tennis, climbing, baseball and rugby at competitive levels.

CrossFit develops the full-body strength, mobility, lateral stabilization muscles and explosive power to give teens the edge! Teens will gain confidence and reduce injury risk while learning the link between nutrition and performance. HOW DOES CROSSFIT COMPARE TO PERSONAL TRAINING?

CrossFit was developed specifically to be more effective, more fun and less expensive than personal training. You will be amazed by how much more quickly CrossFit delivers results. Yet CrossFit Sanitas averages just $11/hour versus $85/ hour for personal training in Boulder. If you would like personal training with one of our coaches, their fees range from $75 to $100 per hour with discounts for groups and packages, just inquire via our contact form or give us a call to arrange.
