Ananda Turmeric Latte for Inflammation

We now sell Ananda Turmeric Tonic at CrossFit Sanitas in the refrigerator. Ananda was inspired by its founder Heli’s research into natural ways to reduce inflammation by including turmeric. There are several turmeric drinks on the market, but this one has fresh turmeric root and actually tastes good. It also includes other antioxidant rich, and anti-microbial spices like ginger, cinnamon, fennel, cardamom, etc.

Turmeric’s benefits are vast; from pain management to brain health. Whole turmeric root contains a number of wonderful compounds, including curcumin, and studies have suggested that some of the health benefits of turmeric root are:

  • Ananda Turmeric Tonic
  • Milk, coconut milk or almond milk
  • Spices like cinnamon nutmeg, cloves, cardamom, ginger, etc.

Fill mug 2/3 with Ananda Turmeric Tonic and then the rest of the way with the milk of your choice. Heat on the stove top or in the microwave and stir in spices. you can also add honey if you like your lattes a little sweeter.
